Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Q-Studio.

1. DEFINITIONS
  • "Q-Studio" refers to the coworking space operated by QuantaLynk
  • "User" refers to any person who books or uses Q-Studio services
  • "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation for a Day or Night pass
  • "Pass" refers to the QR code granting entry for a booked slot
  • "Desk" refers to an individual workstation within Q-Studio
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
  • 2.1. All bookings must be made through qstudio.in
  • 2.2. Payment is required at the time of booking
  • 2.3. Prices are as displayed: Day Pass Rs. 199, Night Pass Rs. 249
  • 2.4. All prices include applicable taxes
  • 2.5. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment
3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
  • 3.1. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before slot start time are eligible for refund
  • 3.2. A cancellation fee of Rs. 20 applies to all refunds
  • 3.3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • 3.4. Cancellations within 4 hours of slot start are not eligible for refund
  • 3.5. No-shows are not eligible for refund
4. CHECK-IN AND DESK USAGE
  • 4.1. Users must check in by presenting their QR pass at the entrance
  • 4.2. Check-in is only valid during the booked slot time
  • 4.3. After check-in, users must claim a desk by scanning its QR code
  • 4.4. Each user may claim only one desk per booking
  • 4.5. Desks are reserved until the end of the booked slot
  • 4.6. Users may release their desk and claim another if needed
5. USER CONDUCT
  • 5.1. Users must maintain a professional and respectful environment
  • 5.2. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or harassment is prohibited
  • 5.3. Food with strong odors should be consumed in designated areas
  • 5.4. Users must not tamper with equipment or furniture
  • 5.5. Q-Studio reserves the right to remove users violating these rules without refund
6. PROPERTY AND LIABILITY
  • 6.1. Users are responsible for their personal belongings
  • 6.2. Q-Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • 6.3. Users are liable for any damage caused to Q-Studio property
  • 6.4. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the responsible user
7. WIFI AND INTERNET
  • 7.1. WiFi is provided for legitimate business and personal use
  • 7.2. Illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, piracy, or accessing illegal content, are prohibited
  • 7.3. Q-Studio may monitor network usage for security purposes
  • 7.4. Bandwidth-intensive activities may be throttled
8. PRIVACY
  • 8.1. Personal information is collected as described in our Privacy Policy
  • 8.2. Check-in times and desk usage are logged for operational purposes
  • 8.3. CCTV may be in operation for security purposes
9. PROMO CODES AND REFERRALS
  • 9.1. Promo codes are subject to terms specified at time of issue
  • 9.2. Promo codes cannot be combined with referral discounts
  • 9.3. Referral credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • 9.4. Q-Studio reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions
10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
  • 10.1. Q-Studio may modify these terms at any time
  • 10.2. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms
  • 10.3. Material changes will be notified via email
11. GOVERNING LAW
  • 11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India
  • 11.2. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vadodara, Gujarat

By booking a pass at Q-Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
