Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's our cancellation and refund policy for Q-Studio bookings.
1. CANCELLATIONS (More than 4 hours before slot)
- You may cancel your booking more than 4 hours before your slot start time
- A cancellation fee of Rs. 20 applies to all cancellations
- Refund amount = Booking amount - Rs. 20 cancellation fee
- Example: Day Pass (Rs. 199) → Refund Rs. 179
- Example: Night Pass (Rs. 249) → Refund Rs. 229
2. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4 HOURS OF SLOT START
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of slot start time are not eligible for refund
- The booking amount will be forfeited
- This policy helps us manage capacity and availability for other users
3. NO-SHOWS
- If you do not check in during your booked slot, it is considered a no-show
- No-shows are not eligible for refund
- The full booking amount will be forfeited
- Please cancel in advance if you cannot make it
4. HOW TO CANCEL
- Log in to your account at qstudio.in
- Go to "My Bookings" in your profile
- Click on the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
- You'll receive a confirmation email with refund details
5. REFUND PROCESSING
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated
- Bank processing times may vary
- Contact us if you don't see the refund after 7 business days
6. PROMO CODES AND REFERRAL CREDITS
- If you used a promo code, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid
- The Rs. 20 cancellation fee still applies to the refunded amount
- Promo codes used on cancelled bookings are not returned
- Referral credits used on cancelled bookings are returned to your account
7. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
- In case of facility closure or maintenance, you'll receive a full refund
- Medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis

- Q-Studio reserves the right to make final decisions on refund requests
8. PAYMENT FAILURES
- If your payment fails or is declined, no booking is created
- If money was deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank
- This typically takes 5-7 business days
- Contact your bank if the amount is not refunded within 7 days
